The Picuris 1 MW Solar Array Project is progressing well. We have a Power Purchase Agreement and an Interconnect Agreement in place. We have a committed investor that has given us a preliminary term sheet. We applied for a DOE Deployment of Clean Energy on Indian Lands Grant. We are proceeding with site permitting and engineering and design studies. We are working with an experienced legal team to set up a structure with our investor, allowing the investor to justify their investment through tax incentives so that the Tribe can retain the bulk of the revenue from the Power Purchase Agreement. The Picuris Pueblo Tribal Council passed a Resolution that allocates a portion of the revenue from the sale of power to pay for the entire energy usage of the Pueblo, so that the Tribe will be able to make the claim to be the first 100% solar powered Tribe in the country. We hope to be under construction by early Spring.
